Tim Scarfiotti has a long history of operating businesses over his life, emphasizing revenue promotion and sales. He has managed sales forces of up to 350 people and operated business units ranging from startup to $150,000,000.

He earned a BS from the University of Northern Colorado in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of California-Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.

Tim owns a technology company serving approximately 10,000 end-users in the SW United States. When the COVID pandemic of 2020 struck, his customers saw their revenues collapse and consequently stopped spending.

Having identified the Insurance industry as a good fit for his skills and experience, Scarafiotti selected Symmetry for its culture, range of excellent carriers, and a well-thought-out promotional plan. He believed this plan did an excellent job of allowing builders to build and sellers to sell.

He teamed up with Anthony Capistrano, who to this day holds the record for the fastest growth agency to the top as a DIRECT AGENCY to SFG in Symmetry’s 10-year history. Together, they are mastering a repeatable plan to help others who are committed to growing as quickly, develop businesses of their own on a similar trajectory.
